, "Debt Service Account" means the account of that name created in the Revenue Bond Fund by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 1433-88. "Finance Director" means the duly qualified and acting Finance Director of the City. "Maximum Annual Debt Service" means, with respect to any issue of Parity Bonds, the maximum amount of Annual Debt Service which will become due in any future calendar year on such Parity Bonds then outstanding. "MSRB" means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board or any successor to its functions. "Net Revenue" means the Revenue of the System less the Costs of Maintenance and Operation. "1988 Bonds" means the outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds, 1988 of the City issued under date of February 1, 1988, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1433-88. "1992 Bonds" means the outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1992 of the City issued under date of October 15, 1992, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1891-92. "1992 State Bond" means the outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Bond, 1992 (State Loan) of the City, issued under date of October 21, 1992, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1891-92 and the SRF Loan Agreement. "1993 Bonds" means the outstanding Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds, 1993 of the City, issued under date of October 1, 1993, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1963-93. "1997 Construction Account" means the appropriate account or accounts for the Project created within the City's Utility Construction Fund. "1997 Debt Service Subaccount" means the subaccount of that name created in the Debt Service Account by Section 8 of this ordinance. "NRMSIR" means a nationally recognized municipal securities information repository. "Parity Bonds" means the 1988 Bonds, the 1992 Bonds, the 1992 State Bond, the 1993 Bonds, the Bonds and any water and sewer revenue bonds which the-City may hereafter issue having a lien upon the Revenue of the System for the payment of the principal thereof and interest -5- FWWOBU.DOC 97/03/04
