There is a considerable amount of wood rot throughout the <br />structure and deterioration to the point that parts of <br />the structure are falling over. <br />3. Windows are broken. <br />4. The structure is littered with debris and garbage. <br />S. There is broken glass and debris all around the yard. <br />6. The house is open to the public and very hazardous to the <br />public as well as children playing in the area. <br />This structure has been posted as illegal to occupy. <br />
