(19) "Receiving Bodies of Water" shall mean all water courses including <br /> creeks, streams, lakes, and other bodies of water into which waters are directed, <br /> either naturally, in manmade ditches, or in closed conduit systems. <br /> (20) "Redevelopment" shall mean on an already developed site, the creation <br /> or addition of impervious surfaces, structural development including construction, <br /> installation or expansion of a building or other structure, replacement of impervious <br /> surface that is not part of a routine maintenance activity, and land disturbing <br /> activities associated with structural or impervious redevelopment. <br /> (21) "Retention Facilities" shall mean facilities designed to hold water for a <br /> considerable length of time and then consume it by evaporation, plant transpiration, <br /> or infiltration into the soil. <br /> (22) "Runoff Control Facilities" shall mean any facility installed or <br /> constructed in conjunction with a drainage plan for the purpose of treatment or <br /> abatement of urban storm water runoff, excluding retention or detention facilities. <br /> (23) "Stormwater Management Manual" shall mean the manual of technical <br /> and administrative procedures established by the City Engineer which delineates <br /> methods to be used, the level of analysis required, and other details for <br /> implementation of the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> (24) "Subject Property" shall mean the tract of land which is the subject of <br /> the permit and/or approval action, as defined by the full legal description of all <br /> parcels involved in the proposed development. <br /> SECTION 3: MINIMUM TECHNICAL STANDARDS <br /> (1) SMALL PARCEL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - APPLICABILITY <br /> A. The following new development shall be required to control <br /> erosion and sediment during construction, to permanently stabilize soil <br /> exposed during construction to comply with Small Parcel Requirements <br /> 1 through 5 below and submit a small parcel erosion and sediment <br /> control plan as set forth below: <br /> CSTAGORD:STORM.ORD(LM9/27/96) <br /> 5 <br />
