CITY <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (this "Amendment") is made <br /> and entered into as of the /(44, d-ay of ta bri,t2 , 2017, between CITY OF EVERETT, a <br /> Washington municipal corporation ("City"), and YHOUND LINES, INC., a Delaware <br /> corporation ("Tenant"). This Amendment No. 3 concerns the Lease Agreement between City <br /> and Tenant dated December 20, 2001, as amended dated as of July 15, 2004 (captioned as "An <br /> Amendment to the Lease Agreement Between the City of Everett and Greyhound Lines, Inc."); <br /> and Lease Amendment No. 2 dated April 7, 2001 (collectively, the "Lease") for that certain <br /> premises located at Everett Station, 3201 Smith, Suite 103, Everett, Washington, as more <br /> particularly described therein. The parties desire to renew the Lease and revise the Extended <br /> Term of the Lease. <br /> Accordingly,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Extension. The term of the Lease is hereby modified to extend for an additional <br /> five (5) year period (the "Extended Term"), commencing January 1, 2017 and <br /> expiring December 31, 2021. <br /> 2. Extension Rent. During the Extended Term, the monthly rent shall be $3,357.11 <br /> per month. <br /> 3. Full Force and Effect. The parties agree that the Lease remains in full force and <br /> effect without interruption, except as expressly modified by this Amendment. As <br /> of the date of this Amendment, the parties know of no facts or circumstances that <br /> would constitute a default under the Lease. <br /> 4. Effective Date: The Effective Date of this Amendment is Jan 1, 2017, regardless <br /> of the date of signatures on this Amendment. <br /> 5. Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of <br /> which shall, for all purposes, be deemed an original but which together shall <br /> constitute one and the same instrument, and the signature pages from any <br /> counterpart may be appended to any other counterpart to assemble fully executed <br /> documents. <br /> [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS] <br /> 1 <br />
