The Everett Events Center will be hosting the 137`'edition of the <br /> Ringling Brothers and Barnum&Bailey Circus from September 3"through September 9th 2007. <br /> On September 3rd,2007,the Westbound lane on Wall Street between Broadway'and Lombard will <br /> close at 12am(midnight) to facilitate the circus'arrival,setup,daily operations,tear down and <br /> departure, The Eastbound lane will be restricted to Local Traffic Only.
