Funds for the rehabilitation will come from the 2060 Housing Trust Fund monies which the City receives as pass-through funding from Snohomish County. The Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development recommended funding for shelter rehabilitation in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and City Council approved those recommendations. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2060 Housing Trust Fund agreement with The Interfaith Association of Snohomish County for rehabilitation of the Interfaith Shelter in the amount of $50,065.
