City wilt provide monument location index and blank survey (veld books. <br /> 4- City will review electronic copy of baseman Ion compliance with City CAD standards and <br /> provide wntten comments. <br /> 5. City will provide confined space entry into manholes if needed for survey and mapping or <br /> design purposes (measurements and photographs). <br /> Deliverables to be provided by Pertcet include the following: <br /> 1. Provide paper copies and electronic copies of base mapping at scale of l"=20' and <br /> topographic contours at 2' intervals per City CAD and survey standards. Base mapping will <br /> be performed from right of way line to right of way line. Base mapping shall also include the <br /> survey control and existing sewer location/elevation data that was obtained for the pre-design <br /> effort. Thai portion of the base map outside the area of the design project shall also meet all <br /> requirements of the City's CAD and Survey Standards. <br /> 2. Provide copies of'field notes, City field hook with survey control data.computer listings and <br /> corriputer readable files of the survey data points organized into a 3-ring binder per City <br />
