8 <br /> Exhibit 1 <br /> Funding Allocation Methodology <br /> RCW 70.94.544 authorizes the CTR board to determine the allocation of program funds made <br /> available for the purpose of implementing CTR plans. The funding allocated for local <br /> implementation of CTR activities in July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 is based on the decision <br /> taken by the CTR board at its April 27, 2007 meeting.
