The <br /> City and PUD will continue with their partnership in the Sultan Basin. This is the third major review of the <br /> contractual relationship, which will take us through the next 50 years and beyond. The City and PUD have <br /> agreed on modifications to the Agreement during each review. The proposed amendments to the agreement <br /> will allow both agencies to focus on their respective roles as water and electricity purveyors. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Supplemental Agreement between Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish <br /> County and the City of Everett. <br />
