EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> SCOPE OF WORK NAKANO ASSOCIATES <br /> EVERETT PERFORMING ARTS PLAZA <br /> DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> Design Development Phase <br /> All work to prepare final design including but not limited to staff meetings, public meetings, <br /> schematic plan, plan development, fountain model, details, structural sections of fountain <br /> including, material details, paving plans, layout/drainage and utilities plan. Prepare <br /> street/drainage details. Prepare lighting and electrical plan, lighting/electrical details. <br /> Prepare planting plans, irrigation plan, hardscape and landscape details and specifications. <br /> Prepare Construction Cost Estimates. <br /> Present to Mayor, City Council and to Community. <br /> Construction Documents Phase <br /> Prepare all construction plans, bidding documents and details for plaza project including but not <br /> limited to a demolition plan, fountain details, and structural details for plaza, steps and walls, <br /> paving plans, utilities plan and estimate. This work shall not include design and planning work <br /> done by PUD undergrounding utilities in alley. <br /> Bidding Phase <br /> Attend Pre-bidding Conference, answer contractor's questions, and prepare addenda <br /> And review Bids. <br /> Page 10 of 15 <br />
