Indemnity <br />The sponsoring organization shall defend, indemnify and hold the City harmless from and <br />against any and all Claims for personal injury and property damage arising from, relating <br />to, or resulting from the Event. The sponsoring organization shall not defend, indemnify, <br />and hold the City harmless from Claims arising out of the sole negligence or sole willful <br />misconduct of the City.
