(8) CB 0710-68 - 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Railroad Track Relocation", Fund 303, Program 064, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2666-02 PUBLIC HEARING: (9) CB 0710-69 — 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance levying the general taxes for the city of Everett for fiscal year commencing January 1, 2008, on all taxable property, both real and personal, subject to taxation thereon, for the purpose of raising a portion of the revenue to carry on city operations for the ensuing year, as required by the Charter of the city of Everett and the laws of the State of Washington PROPOSED ORDINANCES: (10) CB 0710-70 - 1st Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled "Wiggums Hollow Skate Park", Fund 354, Program 023, to accumulate all costs for the improvement project and repealing Ordinance No. 2796-04 (3rd and final reading on 11-14-07) PUBLIC HEARING: 2008 BUDGET HEARINGS - 1St Hearing.
