Amount Budgeted $5,167,837.00 Expenditure Required $8,820,526.00 Account Number: PW3124 Budget Remaining 0- Additional Required $3,652,689.00 DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The attached ordinance will create a special fund to accumulate all costs for the design and construction of the BNSF railroad track relocation project from the Lowell River Road to Pacific Avenue. This project will remove three sets of existing railroad tracks and ties,rehabilitate an existing rail line, and construct a segment of new rail line on the west side of the landfill site,parallel to the existing BNSF mainline.
