City of Everett <br /> Diversity Advisory Board <br /> Additional Information <br /> 08/07 <br /> My name is Karyn Zigler and I am submitting my application for the city <br /> of Everett Diversity Advisory Board. I have a great deal of experience <br /> and I know I would be a strong addition to the Board. <br /> I am a person who has deep passion for people. Building, cultivating <br /> and retaining professional and personal relationships is how I have <br /> been able to pursue my career and life. <br /> I have the skill -set to assist people to develop their potential to <br /> move to the next level and enable them to get the most out of their <br /> abilities and it is second nature to me. <br /> As a community member of the city of Everett and Snohomish County I <br /> have a responsibility to give back to my community and to help other <br /> community members to stay engaged, excited and energized because I <br /> want those things too. <br /> I am a strong advocate of being pro-active and not reactionary and the <br /> step the city of Everett is taking with the Diversity Advisory Board is <br /> pro-active. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity.
