A <br /> large stainless steel skateboard sculpture will be installed in the skate park. Snohomish County <br /> PUD will be providing new overhead electrical service to the skate park site. <br /> The Parks Department received three base bids on October 9, 2007 from contractors in Bonney <br /> Lake, Lynnwood, and Bellingham, WA ranging from $414,854 to $ 745,000 excluding Washington <br /> State sales tax. The alternative bid allows us to construct amenities (south plaza spectator wall, <br /> additional seating areas) that will complete the project as originally designed for an additional <br /> $12,599, bringing the lowest responsive bid to $427,453. The lowest responsive bidder is <br /> Clements Bros.
