He serves as the on <br />following City Council liaison committees: Animal Control, Budget (Chair), Code Compliance, <br />Economic Development, Fire Pension, Lodging Tax Advisory Board (Chair), Naval Station EN <br />of Everett, Public Safety, Real Estate / Facilities, Riverfront, Tribal Relations. <br />Councilmember Hatloe and the other honorees earned the Diamond Certificate by mentoring <br />aspiring leaders and earning at least 80 credits in all five of the core competency areas of mL <br />leadership which include cornerstone, catalyst, collaborator, communicator and competent pi <br />The seminars take place throughout the United States and are sponsored by NLC's Leadersl <br />Training Institute. Nearly 5,000 mayors, council members and local city leaders participate in <br />seminars each year. The Certificate of Achievement in Leadership Program was established <br />with the primary aim of recognizing and acknowledging excellence in local government leade <br />Diamond Certificate was created this year. <br />Councilmember Hatloe has already achieved the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum certificat <br />joining the Leadership Training Institute in 2003.
