The City has need of biosolids application equipment owned by King County and leased by King <br />County to Boulder Park, Inc (BPI). Everett contracts with BPI for land application of Everett's biosolids at <br />BPI sites in Eastern Washington. Renewal of this Agreement allows Everett's use of King County owned <br />biosolids application equipment at BPI sites in Eastern Washington. This Agreement is valid for a period of <br />five years, ending December 31, 2012. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize Mayor to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with King County for the use of their biosolids <br />application equipment for the amount of $3,024. <br />
