Engineering consulting services are required to provide electrical and controls design for chemical <br />feed system control panels. Programming services are also required for the chemical feed system controllers, <br />as well as integration with the existing SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system at the <br />WFP. These services were not included in the original engineering design contract as the range of impact to <br />the plant's existing SCADA system was not defined at that time. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with TetraTech/KCM for Engineering and <br />Programming Consulting Services for the Chemical Feed Systems at the Water Filtration Plant for the sum <br />of $99,878.00. <br />6 <br />
