The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount Paid to date is $395,713.76; Retainage Amount Withheld is $0.00. The remaining amount due is $0.00. By Council approving this action, the WPCF North Outfall Protection Structure Project will be accepted as complete allowing release of the retainage bond. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Accept the WPCF North Outfall Protection Structure Project as complete, and authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with American Civil Constructors West Coast, Inc. allowing release of the retainage bond.
