The purpose of this project will be to <br />relocate the Human Resources Department from the 6th Floor to the 5th Floor and allow Information <br />Technologies to expand on the 6th Floor. Included in the 6th Floor improvements will be the relocation of <br />Telecommunications from 3101 Cedar Street to the Wall Street Building and 5 IT employees from the <br />Service Center to the Wall Street Building. <br />The project will be funded by the Facilities Fund 146. <br />Plans will be available to bidders on December 3, 2007, with the bid opening scheduled for 2:00 PM January <br />15, 2008. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Accept the Call for Bids for the Wall Street Building 5th & 6th Floor Tenant Improvement Project to be <br />received no later than 2:00 PM on January 15, 2008 <br />
