The scope also calls for coordination with both the <br /> exterior plaza improvements and interior "KidStage"tenant improvements by others. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional <br /> Services Agreement with Dykeman Architects, P.S. for shell improvements of the former Key Bank building <br /> in an amount not to exceed $122,500. <br />
