This site is commonly know as the Allen <br /> Buick porperty. The City wishes to have the property become a mixed use development that would include a <br /> condominium and/or hotel and/or office building with retail and/or restaurant use on the first floor. This RFP <br /> was originally issued in March 2007 but was withdrawn and revised to reflect the City's current <br /> requirements. The most significant change was the removal of the Cuimback building from consideration. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize RFP 2007-114 for Purchase and Redevelopment of the Allen Buick Property. 6 <br />
