On January 9, 2008, City Council <br /> authorized the Mayor to sign an agreement with the State of Washington Department of Ecology to accept a <br /> $199,000.00 grant to implement the Marshlands Subarea Plan. Grant money will be disbursed through June <br /> of 2009. The current action is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Anchor Environmental <br /> L.L.C. for$199,000.00 for consulting services to implement the Plan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Everett and <br /> Anchor Environmental L.L.C. for consulting services to implement the Marshlands Subarea Plan. <br />
