That work was not done <br /> by City of Everett personnel.I suspect it was done by a crew installing fiber optic lines severel years ago. <br /> 1 cannot prove it but I do know that was a practice done to find where the service lines actualiy were <br /> and to watch their directional boring machine go ihrough so it didn't damage the service line. <br /> I will have one of my crews fill and compact that hole as soon as it can be worked into their schedule. <br /> We will do that to protect our meter and service line.Since I know it was not done by the City,the tky <br /> will take no responsibility for any damage to your driveway caused by thzt excavation.At this late date I <br /> wouldn't expect any damage since it has been in that condition for quite some time. <br /> I had banicades put up to keep ai�yone from driving over the site. I hope no one decides to move them <br /> and drive in anyway. I hupe by the time you receive this letter the work will be done.
