• <br /> G- These interim regulations are necessary to make the City' s <br /> Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan consistent with Judge Farris' <br /> oral decision, to make other necessary revisions to said <br /> regulations and for the immediate preservation and protection of <br /> public health and safety; <br /> H- The City should revise the moratorium so it does not apply to <br /> those parcels designated as eligible sites by Judge Farris in the <br /> transcript of her April 12, 1996, oral decision. The City should <br /> repeal the balance of the moratorium once Judge Farris enters her <br /> written Findings and Conclusions and Judgment and the City has <br /> had an opportunity to review her decision and identify any new <br /> issues identified therein; and <br /> I- The City needs to continue to review its licensing regulations <br /> for public places of adult entertainment and consider appropriate <br /> revisions . <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER INTROCING RESOLUTION <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY OF May , 1996. <br /> COUNCIL PRESIDENT <br /> resadu <br /> 5 <br />
