Review Process I: Minor Administrative Decisions - No public notice is required <br /> for Review Process I minor administrative decisions. <br /> 2. Review Process II: Administrative Decisions -Public notice shall be provided by <br /> posting of the property with 24" x 36" signs and mailing notice to contiguous property <br /> owners. <br /> 3. Review Process III: Hearing Examiner Decisions - Public notice shall be provided <br /> by posting the property with 24"x 36" signs; mailing to the adjacent property owners <br /> located within 300 feet and publishing legal notice in the official City newspaper. <br /> 4. Review Process IV: Board of Adjustment, Zoning Variance Decisions - Public <br /> notice shall be provided by posting the property with 24" x 36" signs, mailing to adjacent <br /> property owners located within 300 feet and publishing legal notice in the official City <br /> newspaper. <br /> 5. Review Process V: Planning Commission and City Council - Public notice shall be <br /> provided by publishing legal notice in the official City newspaper and mailing to people of <br /> interest who have registered with the City to receive such notices. [When such actions are <br /> determined by the City to constitute a site specific proposal, the notice requirements as <br /> established in Review Process III shall be followed.] <br /> 6. Review Process VI: City Council Approval of Final Plats -No public notice is <br /> required for Review Process VI. <br /> 7. Comment Periods <br /> Comments by agencies and the public shall be as specific as possible: <br /> a. Comments must be in writing, shall be as specific as possible, and shall be <br /> submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the issuance of the notice of <br /> application. <br /> Exceptions: <br /> 1) Comments on Review Process II administrative subdivision applications <br /> shall be submitted within 20 calendar days of the issuance of the notice of <br /> application. <br /> 2) Comments on Review Process II and III shoreline permit applications shall <br /> be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of the notice of <br /> application. <br /> b.
