• <br /> • <br /> Section 5: <br /> The owner of the properties represented by Account Nos. 38, 39, 40, 41, and 42 on the Final Assessment <br /> Roll for LID No. 732A, pages 13 and 14, agrees to dedicate to the city of Everett a deed for a strip of <br /> property, five (5) feet in depth, along the western side of Rainier Drive to accommodate possible future <br /> street improvements. Due to the reduction of total square footage attributable to the properties from <br /> which the dedication to the city is made, an amount of sixty dollars ($60.00)will be deducted from the final <br /> assessments assigned to each of the five property accounts for a total deduction of three hundred dollars <br /> ($300.00); provided, however, the deed for the subject strip of property is dedicated to city of Everett prior <br /> to the effective date of this ordinance.
