EXHIBIT "A" <br /> LID No. 734 <br /> Evergreen Way Street Improvement <br /> 108th St. SW to 112th St. SW <br /> Evergreen Way - <br /> A seven-lane standard street improvement, as adopted by the Everett City Council on <br /> April 12, 1978. Said standard Street improvement is to include pavement widening with <br /> curb, gutter and sidewalks, and on-street public parking facilities in locations to be <br /> determined in the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer. The on- <br /> street public parking facilities shall be adjacent to the standard improvement. <br /> 108th Street SW -West of Evergreen Way (South side) <br /> Widen to 40 foot pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on South side to approximately <br /> 600 feet West of Evergreen Way <br /> 108th Street SW- East of Evergreen Way (South side) <br /> Install curb return for future intersection <br /> 112th Street SW- West of Evergreen Way(North side) <br /> Widen to 60 foot pavement with curb, gutter, and sidewalk on North side to <br /> approximately 500 feet West of Evergreen Way <br /> 112th Street SW- East of Evergreen Way (North side) <br /> Improvements previously installed (may require minor adjustment) <br /> and, in addition to the improvements described above; all necessary appurtenances as <br /> determined by the City Engineer to include, but not limited to, storm drainage, <br /> landscaping, and traffic signal improvements. <br />
