<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES

<br /> That pursuant to Chapter 95 of the Laws of the 1969 Extraordinary Session, the budget for the
<br /> year 1996 now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Everett is hereby adopted, and
