• <br /> CURFEW <br /> A.No minor under the age of eighteen (18) shall be in or upon any public <br /> street, highway, alley, park, vacant lot or other public place in the Central <br /> Business District between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> CURFEW <br /> A.No minor under the age of eighteen (18) shall be in or upon any public <br /> street, highway, alley, park, vacant lot or other public place between the <br /> hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> SECTION 2: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2001-94 (EMC 9.80.020), which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> A."Public place," as used in this ordinance, means an area generally <br /> visible to public view, and includes but is not limited to streets, sidewalks, <br /> bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles <br /> (whether moving or not), and buildings open to the general public, <br /> including those which serve food or drink or provide entertainment, and <br /> the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds <br /> enclosing them. <br /> B. "Central Business District" as used in this chapter, means the area <br /> designated by the Everett Zoning Code (EMC Title 19), as now or <br /> hereafter amended, as Zone B-3. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> A."Public place," as used in this ordinance, means an area generally <br /> visible to public view, and includes but is not limited to streets, sidewalks, <br /> bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles <br /> (whether moving or not), and buildings open to the general public, <br /> including those which serve food or drink or provide entertainment, and <br /> the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds <br /> enclosing them. <br /> SECTION 3: REPEALER <br /> Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2001-94 (EMC 9.80.030), relating to designation of <br /> other curfew areas in addition to the Central Business District, is hereby repealed. <br /> CITY-WIDE CURFEW ORDINANCE Page 2 <br />
