• CURFEW A.No minor under the age of eighteen (18) shall be in or upon any public street, highway, alley, park, vacant lot or other public place in the Central Business District between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. is hereby amended to read as follows: CURFEW A.No minor under the age of eighteen (18) shall be in or upon any public street, highway, alley, park, vacant lot or other public place between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. SECTION 2: Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2001-94 (EMC 9.80.020), which reads as follows: DEFINITIONS A."Public place," as used in this ordinance, means an area generally visible to public view, and includes but is not limited to streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles (whether moving or not), and buildings open to the general public, including those which serve food or drink or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them. B.
