Further, I grant the City of Everett, its officers, agents, employees, and <br /> contractors authority to enter onto the above-referenced property for the purpose of <br /> obtaining an estimate for the cost of the abatement,after giving at least two days notice to <br /> the owner,or tenant, if any. Notice may be by U.S. mail or posting the above-described <br /> property. As the owner in possession and/or tenant in lawful possession I have authority <br /> to sign this request,waiver and release. <br /> I understand the abatement of the above-referenced unabated violations may involve the <br /> disposal or destruction of things that I own and/or other actions, including,but not limited <br /> to the following: <br /> • _I r. I agree to hold harmless and release the City of <br /> Everett, its officers, agents, employees and contractors from any claim, liability, loss, <br /> bodily,mental, or emotional injury,death,or damages that may relate to or arise from the <br /> above-referenced abatement activities. <br /> I acknowledge that the total cost of this abatement, including incidental expenses, shall <br /> be billed to me.
