The term incidental expenses shall include but not be limited to: personnel costs, both direct and indirect, including attorney's fees incurred by the City; costs incurred in documenting the violation(s) of the Everett Municipal Code; the actual expenses and costs to the City in the preparation of notices, specifications and contracts related to all violation and abatement activity, and inspecting the abatement activities; and the costs of all required printing and mailing.
