L F <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6511 <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the City's intent to accept a <br /> gift from the Kimberly Clark Corporation in the estimated value of$40,000 of firefighting foam <br /> donated to the Everett Fire Department. <br /> WHEREAS, the Kimberly Clark Corporation has made a Specific Distribution through a donation <br /> to the Everett Fire Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, the estimated value of the Distribution is $40,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the firefighting foam has been transmitted to the City via a donation of$40,000 worth <br /> of firefighting foam <br /> WHEREAS, EMC 2.105.020 grants the Mayor authority to conditionally accept gifts of personal <br /> property and the Mayor does recommend acceptance of this gift of personal property from the <br /> Kimberly Clark Corporation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the City of Everett accepts the gift of firefighting foam estimated value of$40,000 <br /> from the Kimberly Clark Corporation for use by the Everett Fire Department in the normal course of <br /> their duties. <br /> ��// <br /> Council Person Introducing ` esolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED this20th day of June 2012. <br /> it. • c. <br /> Coun�4' <br />
