THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> 5 AND <br /> DYKEMAN ARCHITECTS, P.S. <br /> The City and Dykeman Architects, P.S. agree to amend and modify their professional services <br /> agreement dated June 29, 2007 (the "Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, Dykeman Architects, P.S. and the City entered into an Agreement dated June 29, <br /> 2007 ("Agreement")to provide Interior Design Services as described in the Scope of Work <br /> (Agreement Exhibit"A") for the Flooring Replacement of the Everett Police Headquarters; and <br /> WHEREAS, the parties agree to amend the Agreement to extend the time to support Interior <br /> Design and Management Services of the project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and Dykeman Architects, P.S. agree to amend their Agreement to: (a) <br /> extend the time for completion from December 31, 2007 to December 31, 2008; and <br /> WHEREAS,the total amount of compensation stated in the agreement is sufficient for the <br /> remainder of the project; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Dykeman Architects, P.S. agree to amend and <br /> modify the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 is modified to read as follows: <br /> This Agreement shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall <br /> be completed by December 31, 2008 <br /> 2. The effective date of this amendment is January, 1, 2008. <br /> 3.
