Subsequently(after the sale and due to the pending cleanup construction
planned for the summer of 2008) the City and Kimberly-Clark determined that the site drainage system
should be revised to benefit both property owners. This proposed agreement requires each party to maintain
their portion of the site and to not impact the other party.
RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Riverside Stormwater Management Agreement
between Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc., and the City of Everett.
1
C:\Documents and Settings\SuClark\Desktop\Mar.19 Council\maint agree council agenda 031908.doc
