During early investigations by the Geotechnical&Environmental <br /> Consultant, it was determined that the site had soil contamination at the location of a former power plant <br /> from the early 1900s. A draft report of the Remedial Investigation, Feasibility Study and Cleanup Action <br /> Plan is ready for submittal to the Department of Ecology Voluntary Cleanup Program.
