Hall". <br /> The project included the construction of a paved golf car path at Walter E.Hall funded through CIP 3 and an interfund <br /> loan from CIP 4 for the construction of golf car storage buildings at both courses. The additional amount required <br /> from CIP 4 is the result of higher than expected bids received on December 19, 2006 for the project. The Council's <br /> budget committee was briefed on January 24, 2007 regarding the need for additional CIP4 funds. The financial <br /> projection contained in the golf update presented to Council in November 2007 accounted for the additional funds for <br /> the Golf Car Storage Building Project. <br /> The capital improvements(paths and storage buildings)were completed at a cost of$1,246,859.30.There are no <br /> outstanding financial obligations or uncollected revenue. <br /> 10 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an.Ordinance closing the special improvement project entitled"Capital Improvements to the City of Everett <br /> municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E.
