The following must be submitted with the RFPs: <br />1. A list and description of at least three similar projects from the past 10 years, including: <br />a. Plan development budget and schedule. <br />b. Gateway and boulevard streetscape development budget and maintenance costs. <br />c. Any similar projects completed in the Everett / Snohomish County area and Puget <br />Sound area. <br />d. Public Involvement experience. <br />e. References. <br />2. Project staffing, including: <br />a. Qualifications and availability of the proposed project manager, staff, and any sub <br />consultants. <br />b. The role each person identified in the above-mentioned projects and their proposed <br />role on the plan development team. <br />c. Office location where the project personnel will be working. <br />The above two items will be weighted 65:35 respectively in the evaluation process. <br />Submittals shall be 20 pages or less including any resumes or cover letters. Font sizes shall <br />be 11 -point minimum. Six (6) copies of the RFPs must be submitted to the City of Everett, <br />Attention: Mark Sadler, 3200 Cedar Street, Everett, Washington 98201. The deadline for <br />submittals is 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 13, 2008. <br />The RFPs will be evaluated and the City will compile a list of candidates to attend an <br />interview if necessary. The review team will select the most qualified consultant based on the <br />proposal submittal, and if necessary an interview. The City may choose to enter into contract <br />negotiations with the selected consultant. The City does not guarantee a contract will be <br />awarded to any candidate.
