Additionally, approximately 15 acres will be acquired adjacent to the west <br />side of the Interurban Trail and immediately south of Bruksrud Road in the Everett Mall South <br />neighborhood. <br />In the third budget amendment of 2007, funds were transferred from the General Fund to the <br />Real Estate Acquisition Fund 145 for these land purchases. The estimated delivery date is February 22, 2008.
