The rates provided below shall be in effect from effective date of Agreement to December 31, 2008. <br />2. Services provided by CONSULTANT personnel in various labor categories will be billed at the <br />following hourly rates (inclusive of salary, overhead, and fee): <br />David Thompson, Senior Civil Engineer $190.00 per hour <br />Michael Morgan, Senior Mechanical/Gates Engineer $175.00 per hour <br />Sabrina Farnam, CAD Operator $ 87.00 per hour <br />Charlotte Reed, Administrative Assistant $ 79.00 per hour <br />3. Personnel working on the project but not included in the table will be invoiced at 3.1 times actual <br />pay rate. <br />4. The following reimbursable expenses and cost recovery shall apply to the work of this contract. <br />■ Costs for routine communications (voice, fax, and e-mail), personal computer, routine in-house <br />copying (under 50 sheets per copying task), and routine (non -express) mailing, shall be <br />aggregated as an Associated Project Cost ("APC") and billed $9.50 per labor hour. <br />W <br />
