The contract <br />specified that construction management services are to be added by amendment at a later date. The design <br />has been completed and the project was bid and the bids were opened 4/8/08. This amendment will authorize <br />MWH to proceed with the construction management services for the replacement of both transmission lines. <br />The authorized amount was $825,152 for the original contract, $1,163,535 after supplemental agreement 1, <br />$1,347,939 after supplemental agreement 2, $2,088,208 after supplemental agreement 3, and will become <br />$3,546,783 after supplemental agreement 4. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 4 with MWH Americas, Inc. to provide <br />construction management services for the Water Transmission Lines 2 & 3 — Phase 6 Project in the amount <br />of $1,458,575. <br />S:\SNasr\TL Phases 6 & 7\Phase 6 - Construction\Agenda - Supplemental Agreement No 4.doc <br />
