Brown & Caldwell's .contract has expired prior to construction being completed, and <br />Utilities wishes to amend their contract to extend their performance period; no additional budget is required <br />for this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 3 for a contract time extension with Brown & Caldwell for <br />design of a chlorine building replacement at the Water Filter Plant at no additional cost. <br />
