The easement is necessary for a drainage outfall for <br />the I-5 HOV Project. <br />WSDOT will pay a one-time compensation amount of $2,838.00 for the easement. <br />The City's Legal Department has reviewed and approved the requested easement. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to execute the attached Easement Agreement with the Washington State Department of <br />Transportation for a Drainage Outfall at the former Simpson Property. <br />�4 <br />
