RESOLUTION NO. 6516 = / <br /> 44wi/ <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of Chestnu eet <br /> and a portion of 17th Street within the Plat of Riverdale Addition to Everett <br /> as legally described herein. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett does hereby declare that the following right of way within the <br /> Plat of Riverdale Addition to Everett, described as follows: <br /> All of that portion of Chestnut Street lying between Block 396 and Block 397, <br /> Plat of Riverdale Addition to Everett, <br /> ALSO <br /> All of that portion of 17t Street lying between the east right of way line of <br /> Chestnut Street and the east right of way line of the alley in Block 325, Plat of <br /> Riverdale Addition to Everett, <br /> are surplus to the needs of the City of Everett; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett desires to vacate all of the above described right of way; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that pursuant to R.C.W. 35.79.010,the City Council of the City of Everett intends to <br /> hold a public hearing on the vacation of the above described right of way on August 8,2012, at <br /> 6:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, at 3002 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington to consider the proposed vacation of the aforesaid right-of-way. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that Notice be given as required by law, and in addition hereto <br /> that Notice be mailed at least fifteen(15)days before the date fixed for the hearing to the owners, <br /> or reputed owners, of all parcels of land, or other property abutting said right of way to be <br /> vacated,as shown on the rolls of the County Treasurer. <br /> Councilperson Introducin: Resolution <br /> A PV E D 7--- <br /> day of July , 2012. <br /> Council ' - iden VIIIIIIPPPF- <br />
