<br /> County, Washington, being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1 of said plat of Silver Lake Garden Tracts;
<br /> THENCE North 01° 34' 39" East, along the Northerly extension of the East line of said Lot 3, a
