Southwesterly line of said Lot 12 to the most Westerly corner thereof; THENCE, Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said lot to the most Northerly corner thereof, said Northerly corner being a point on the Southwesterly right of way line of Paine Field Way; THENCE, Southeasterly along said Southwesterly right of way line, and the Southeasterly projection thereof to intersect the South right of way line of 112th Street S.W. ; THENCE, East along said South right of way line, and the Easterly projection thereof to intersect the Northerly projected Easterly right of way line of Highway 99; THENCE, Southwesterly along said Easterly right of way line to intersect the Easterly projected South line of Lot 18 , Block 4, Plat of Fairmount; THENCE, Westerly along said Easterly projected South line of said Lot 18 to the Southeast corner of said lot, and the POINT OF BEGINNING. Section 3: Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" is a map which identifies the area zoned in Section 2 herein. Section 4: That the official map in the Planning Department of the City of Everett shall, upon effective date of this Ordinance, be amended as herein provided, and henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which same is now established, as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended (Title 19, E.M.C.).
