a1 .. ORDINANCE NO. 2059-95 - AN ORDINANCE amending a special construction fund entitled "Silver Lake Construction", Fun. 4. WHEREAS, the "Silver Lake Construction" fund, Fund No. 334 was established to provide for said purpose to develop park and recreation improvements on city owned land at Silver Lake and, WHEREAS, the City desires to amend Fund No. 334, "Silver Lake Construction" to encompass the planning and construction of the park improvements on the east side of Silver Lake and, WHEREAS,the State of Washington Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation(IAC) has residual 1992 grants funds in the amount of$374,957.00 available to re-apply towards The City of Everett Park Department's application for development of a park on the east side of Silver Lake and, WHEREAS, existing Silver Lake Construction Fund 334 and 1995 IAC grant match funds in Fund 101 are available to match the state funds providing for a total project budget of$801,923.00 towards this park development. NOW,THEREFORE,THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the Fund No. 334, "Silver Lake Construction" be amended for fiscal year 1995 to include the additional $374,957.00 from the state IAC for the development of Hauge Homestead Park. Section 2: That the "Silver Lake Construction" fund include $276,966.00 of the existing funds in the 334 account and be amended to include $150,000 in grant match funding available in Fund 101, for a project total of$801,923.00. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Ordinance should be declared unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it should be conclusively presumed that this Ordinance would have been enacted withoutthe provision so held unconstitutional or invalid and the remainder of this Ordinance should not be a ted as a result of sai. part being held unconstitutional or invalid.
