• • Section 1: The City Council of the City of Everett, Washington (the "City"), orders the following improvements: Evergreen Way A seven-lane standard street improvements, as adopted by the Everett City Council on April 12, 1978. Said standard improvement to include pavement widening with curb, gutter and sidewalks, and on-street parking facilities in locations to be determined in the plans and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer and located between SR 526 and Madison Street on the west side, and between SR 526 and Ttereve Drive on the east side. The on-street parking facilities shall be adjacent to the standard improvement. Ttereve Drive Widen to 36 foot pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on the south side from Evergreen Way east approximately 200 feet. 75th Street Widen to 32.5 foot pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on north side from Evergreen Way west approximately 125 feet. 79th Street Widen to 47 foot pavement with curb, gutter and sidewalk on north side from Evergreen Way west to Beverly Lane. Miscellaneous Improvements Appurtenant storm drainage modifications, signal system enhancements and required landscaping throughout the project areas, as approved by the City Engineer (the "Improvements.") All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City Engineer, and may be modified by the City Council as long as such modification does not affect the general purpose of the Improvements. Section 2: There is created and established a local improvement district to be called Local Improvement District No. 732A of the City of Everett, Washington (the "District"), the boundaries or territorial extent of the District being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 0169777.01 2
