<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of Madison Street and the centerline of
<br /> Evergreen Way; THENCE, Southerly along said centerline of Evergreen Way to intersect the
<br /> centerline of Ttereve Drive; THENCE, Easterly along said centerline of Ttereve Drive to
<br /> intersect the Northerly projected East line of Lot 15, Block 6, Plat of Beverly Hills, Division
