sampling or analytical techniques for the pollutant in question, sampling and analyses <br /> must be performed in accordance with procedures approved by the EPA. <br /> All analyses performed to establish compliance and used in compliance reporting shall be <br /> performed by a laboratory accredited by the Washington State Department of Ecology, <br /> Quality Assurance Division in accordance with 173-50 WAC. Laboratories must be <br /> accredited for the analyses for which they are performing. <br /> To ensure that the reported data is valid for determining compliance with requirements, <br /> all data shall have a detection level (DL) no greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of the <br /> regulatory limit included in this ordinance or applicable State or Federal regulation.
