The inspection services will in due diligence provide inspection <br /> services for asbestos containing materials and operation and maintenance plans which will address <br /> surveillance, maintenance,work practices, documentation of operation and maintenance plan <br /> activities, a worker protection program, and training program for City employees. <br /> Knebal Company, Inc. and Facilities Department have developed a scope of work and negotiated a fee <br /> not to exceed$29,305.00 for the service. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional <br /> Service Agreement with Knebal Company, Inc. for the Culmback, Former Redmen, Former Key Bank, Fire <br /> Training/EM, and Fire Administration Buildings to provide Asbestos Inspection and an Asbestos <br /> Management Operations &Maintenance Plan in the amount of$29,305.00. <br /> r.� <br />
